# Verification Code & Account Confirmation
To ensure the security of your account and to confirm your email address, a one-time verification is required. Here you will find solutions to the most common questions.
# How do I receive a new verification code?
If your account has not yet been verified, you will be automatically redirected to the confirmation page after logging in.
- Request code: Use the button "Send new verification code" on this page.
- Delivery: The code will be sent immediately to your registered email address.
Check your inbox
After requesting the code, please check not only your main inbox but also specifically your Spam folder (often labeled "Junk Email" in Outlook).
# What to do if no email arrives?
If you have not received a code after a few minutes, please go through this checklist:
- Check spam filters: Security filters often intercept automated system emails.
- Trigger a new code: Use the button on the entry page to restart the sending process.
- Contact administrator: If you still do not receive an email after several attempts, please contact your responsible system administrator.
Important note on validity
For security reasons, only the most recently requested verification code is valid. Older codes automatically become invalid as soon as a new one is triggered.
# Why is my code rejected as invalid?
If the platform does not accept your code, it is usually due to one of the following reasons:
- Timeout: The code is only valid for a limited time window. If several days have passed, please request a new one.
- Outdated code: You may have used an older email. Please only use the code from the most recent message in your inbox.
